1. Why isn't my site listed in Google?

It may take several weeks for a new website to get "indexed" in the search engine listings. Read section 32 of this help center to find more information.

2. Why isn't my website showing my changes?

Always make sure you have recently published your site and then refresh/reload your browser while viewing the published site. If you are at “My Account”, click on “update site” link instead of publishing.

Sometimes your browser displays cached or outdated version of the site. Refreshing the page makes the browser to reload the site to the latest version. If you are using Firefox, hold down the shift key and click the refresh/reload button of the browser when viewing the published site. If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), hold down the Ctrl key and press F5 when viewing the published site.

3. Why is my header displays partial image (OR cut off)?

Most of our designs allow the user to upload a custom header image. However, different designs (templates) have different specifications for the header image size (dimensions). In most cases, resize your header image in order to make it fit within the header area correctly.

If you need to resize/crop your image to fit into the proper size, use any image editor you have or use image editing websites like www.picnik.com to modify it. Save the corrected output back to your computer before uploading it into the selected design at easysitebuilderonline.com.

4. Why some elements not working while using page builder (Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0)?

Mostly this issue is because your browser is Internet Explorer 7.0 (IE 7.0) or prior versions. Easysitebuilderonline.com currently does not support IE 7.0 and any prior versions).

To fix this:
